Asphalt Seal Coating
Asphalt pavement begins to deteriorate almost as soon as it is placed. As the pavement is exposed to oxygen, the asphalt binder (tar) hardens. This hardening results in a brittle surface that eventually cracks. Cracks in the pavement enable oxygen and rainwater to penetrate the pavement, often into the subbase, weakening it and reducing the pavement's strength. Sealcoating protects the surface and fills surface voids, reducing pavement's exposure to oxygen and water and extending pavement life.Sealcoating protects against UV sun rays and help protects against oil and gas. Sealcoating brings back the dark rich black color of the original pavement, making it look new. Sealcoated pavement is also easier to clean and maintain.

Hot Tar Crack Repair
Hot Crack Sealant provides a protective barrier at the point of asphalt cracking and prevents water penetration (ice/rain/snow) into asphalt surfaces, as well as, the sub-base. Hot Crack Sealant is most effective when applied to reflective, block, edge, and joint cracks. (Hot Crack Sealant is not affective in areas that are alligator ed and/or fatigued). Hot Crack Sealant will extend the life of the asphalt surface.

Line Striping
Improves the flow of traffic within the parking lot, maximizes usable square footage of parking lot, and provides ease of parking for customers visiting your facility. Most importantly, a well striped parking lot provides a safe environment for vehicle & pedestrian flow.

Pot Hole Repair
Potholes form because asphalt road surfaces eventually crack under the heat of the day and the constant stresses of traffic. These cracks allow snow and rainwater to seep into the underlying dirt and gravel. During cold winter nights, this water freezes and expands. Some of the dirt and gravel is pushed out as a result, leaving a hole when the water eventually melts. Drivers continue to drive over these unseen holes, putting even more stress on the thin asphalt layer covering them. Eventually, the asphalt layer over these divots collapses, creating the traffic hazards we call potholes. Potholes can cause significant damage to a car's suspension system or tires if the driver fails to avoid them. Potholes can also fill with water, obscuring any other hazards they may contain. Even in places where the air temperature rarely falls below freezing, excessive rainfall or flooding can also cause potholes to form.

Patching
Patching is one of the most common methods of repair of isolated areas of intensive cracking, environmental, or construction related deterioration. Patching can be either partial or full depth. Partial depth repairs usually involve removing the surface layer and replacing it with hot mix asphalt. Full depth repairs involve the removal of the complete pavement down to the base grade or to an intermediate sub base layer that is intact. A patch consisting of hot mix asphalt can be considered a permanent repair and should last for years.
